UPONCOMM Technology 8G SFP EW transceiver is small form factor pluggable module for 8 Gigabit Fiber Channel (8GFC) long reach applications, which provides links up to 40km over single mode fiber. This 8G SFP+ EW module features a highly reliable 1550nm APD laser transmitter and PIN photo-detector into duplex LC optical connector. It is programmed to ensure working with SAN switches and routers, which makes it be an ideal equivalent to a high-cost 8Gb EW SFP+ module.
